Scores of locals in Abaji Area Council of the Federal Capital Territory in Abuja have explained how the suspected kingpin of Boko Haram, Kabiru Umar, aka Kabiru Sokoto, was captured from Police.

In the process, however, the police killed one person in the area and arrested several people they claimed to be "suspects."
